CACE Ed Tech Workshop: Supporting Positive Classrooms and Success for All Students (via Zoom)

November 12, 2021 @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

This afternoon workshop is designed specifically for Ed Techs and will include presentations and activities that will help participants identify and evaluate strategies, techniques, and tools for working effectively with challenging student behaviors. In addition, participants will be given the opportunity to analyze the role of social-emotional learning (SEL) in classroom management and how it impacts their work.

Presenters include:

  • Professors Alana Margeson and Wendi Malenfant, Education Department at University of Maine at Presque Isle
  • Dr. Eric T. McGough,  Principal, Caribou High School
  • Dr. Andrea Drabek,  School Psychologist, Maine School Administrative District #1
  • Lori Scovil, Special Education Teacher and Special Education Site Manager, Caribou High School
